In this role, you will lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers to build distributed microservices and full stack systems that meet regulatory needs. You will collaborate with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions for real-time transaction approvals and marketing offers. Your daily work involves utilizing JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, and Go, alongside Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases. You will also employ container orchestration services like Docker and Kubernetes, various AWS tools, and interactive AI tooling to solve complex decisioning technology problems.

What you'll do

Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers.
Develop distributed microservices and full stack systems to meet regulatory needs.
Deliver robust cloud-based solutions using AWS tools and services.
Write and evaluate code using Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL, and Go.
Manage container orchestration services including Docker and Kubernetes.
Utilize interactive AI tooling to accelerate engineering productivity.
Mentor other members of the engineering community on new technologies and trends.

What we're looking for

At least 6 years of experience in software engineering.
At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud).
Master’s Degree (preferred).
9+ years of experience in at least one of the following: JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go (preferred).
4+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or another cloud service (preferred).
4+ years of experience in open source frameworks (preferred).
1+ years of people management experience (preferred).
