What you'll do

Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of experienced developers.
Design and build distributed microservices and full-stack systems to meet regulatory requirements.
Develop robust cloud-based solutions using AWS tools and services for high-throughput transaction processing.
Ensure payment infrastructure remains reliable, performant, and available through focus on scalability and observability.
Write and evaluate code using languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL, and Go.
Mentor other members of the engineering community and share knowledge on emerging technology trends.
Manage the modernization of critical payment systems to ensure secure global transaction processing.

What we're looking for

At least 6 years of experience in software engineering.
At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud).
9+ years of experience in at least one of Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL, or Go.
4+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or another cloud service.
4+ years of experience in open source frameworks.
1+ years of people management experience and 2+ years of experience in Agile practices.
Bachelor’s Degree.
