What you'll do

Design, build, and deploy high-performance microservices and full-stack applications using Java, ReactJS, Python, and REST APIs.
Develop and deploy AI and ML algorithms to provide actionable insights for critical business questions.
Build and maintain cloud-native services on AWS using Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
Create KPIs, metrics, and analytical reporting to support data-backed strategic decision-making.
Define data target architectures, framework guidelines, and long-term technical roadmaps with stakeholders.
Improve system reliability and performance through SRE practices, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Automate repetitive processes and modernize legacy code paths using CI/CD pipelines.
Drive the adoption of AI-assisted engineering tools to improve code quality and development speed.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring/Spring Boot, and building/consuming REST APIs.
Proficiency in ReactJS, Python, and at least one additional language such as Go or TypeScript.
Expertise in data modeling, pipeline architecture, enterprise storage, and event-driven microservices.
Hands-on experience developing and deploying AI/ML models to solve domain challenges.
Experience with cloud and container technologies including AWS, ECS, Kubernetes, and Docker.
Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code using Terraform.
Demonstrated ability to lead the use of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools while ensuring security and compliance.
