What we're looking for

10+ years of experience in product operations or related roles at scaling SaaS companies.
Deep expertise in building AI-native workflows and automating manual processes.
Proven success in creating operating models, PDLC frameworks, and governance systems.
Strong track record leading complex cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.
Fluent use of Productboard, Figma, and other operational tools; experience driving tool adoption at scale.
Exceptional communication skills, strategic judgment, and a bias toward action and continuous improvement.
