As a Senior Lead Data Engineer, you will join an agile team to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions using full-stack development tools. What you'll do

Design, develop, test, and support technical solutions using full-stack development tools and technologies.
Lead a team of developers specializing in machine learning, distributed microservices, and full-stack systems.
Develop applications using Java, Scala, Python, and various RDBMS or NoSQL databases.
Build and maintain cloud-based data warehousing solutions using platforms like Redshift and Snowflake.
Mentor other members of the engineering community and share knowledge on emerging technology trends.
Deliver robust cloud-based solutions in collaboration with digital product managers to improve customer experiences.
Perform unit tests and conduct code reviews to ensure high performance and elegant design.

What we're looking for

Master's Degree (preferred).
At least 6 years of experience in application development.
At least 2 years of experience in big data technologies.
At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud).
9+ years of experience in application development including Python, SQL, Scala, or Java (preferred).
4+ years of experience with a public cloud (preferred).
5+ years of experience with Distributed data/computing tools (MapReduce, Hadoop, Hive, EMR, Kafka, Spark, Gurobi, or MySQL) (preferred).
4+ years of experience working on real-time data and streaming applications (preferred).
4+ years of experience with NoSQL implementation (Mongo, Cassandra) (preferred).
4+ years of data warehousing experience (Redshift or Snowflake) (preferred).
4+ years of experience with UNIX/Linux including basic commands and shell scripting (preferred).
2+ years of experience with Agile engineering practices (preferred).
Experience leveraging interactive AI tooling to accelerate productivity (preferred).
