What you'll do

Act as Intent Manager for the QUEST Kanban team, planning work requests from other SCRUM teams.
Analyze changes needed by QUEST to provide business solutions required by SCRUM teams.
Design, code, document, and test technical solutions that fit overall architecture.
Support defect resolution and ensure system health through testing processes.
Coordinate deliveries from junior developers and assist with prioritization of deliverables.

What we're looking for

6+ years of application development experience with Java, JDK, Oracle, JBoss, Apache Web Server, Spring, JSON, APIs.
Strong JAVA programming skills and production support experience in the insurance/finance domain.
3+ years coordinating deliveries from junior developers, communicating with stakeholders, and managing priorities.
Excellent analytical skills to understand complex business logic and system impacts on products and functionalities.
Experience working in a cross-functional team environment on complex systems with strong problem-solving abilities.
Good communication skills for working with various stakeholders and managing multiple priorities effectively.
Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to adapt to new technologies and Agile methodologies.
