What you'll do

Analyze and resolve application issues in coordination with team members.

What we're looking for

Candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
6+ years of experience in application support with demonstrable experience in ITSM processes.
Proficiency in the Java programming language.
Experience with Unix/Linux operating systems, including proficiency in Unix commands and shell scripting.
Strong experience in SQL, including proficiency in writing complex queries and PL/SQL.
Strong ability to understand, debug, and optimize code.
Good written and verbal communication skills to convey technical information to technical and non-technical audiences.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to detect root causes and implement solutions.
