The Senior IT Product Manager - FinOps AI joins the IT Product Manager for AI Solutions G&A team to execute product visions and roadmaps. This role involves developing code-based and low-code/no-code approaches to democratize AI solutions across the organization. Key responsibilities include defining the Enterprise AI Platform roadmap, collaborating with Finance, Legal, and Operations stakeholders to solve pain points, and translating user needs into requirements for data pipelines, model training, and AI tooling. Define and execute the product roadmap for the Enterprise AI Platform.
Implement AI solutions to improve financial forecasting, optimize operations, and streamline legal contract reviews.
Partner with Finance, Legal, and Operations stakeholders to identify pain points and deliver tangible value.
Track success criteria, metrics, and dashboards to ensure an outcome-driven approach for AI solutions.
Translate user needs into product requirements for data pipelines, model training, and AI tooling.
Ensure all AI solutions align with responsible AI policies and ethical considerations.
Author clear documentation and deliver progress presentations to stakeholders and project teams.
What we're looking for
Must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree with 8+ years of related experience, or a Master's with 6 years, or a PhD with 3 years.
Must have 3+ years of direct product management experience.
Must have 1-2 years of experience launching or supporting AI/ML or automation solutions in an enterprise environment.
Must have a proven track record of managing parts of the product lifecycle, including gathering feedback, writing requirements, and driving prioritization.
Must have a solid technical foundational background in AI/ML, including exposure to LLMs, Generative AI concepts, and MLOps principles.
Must have experience working in fast-paced technical environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams to guide projects through milestones.
Must have strong communication skills and experience authoring clear documentation like PRDs and user stories for technical and non-technical audiences.
Must be able to manage ambiguity and rapid pace in the AI/ML domain (preferred).
