What you'll do

  • Design and implement AI solutions to solve complex business problems.
  • Develop core components of the enterprise AI/ML platform for scalability and security.
  • Optimize large-scale AI/ML systems for performance and reliability in real-time applications.
  • Evaluate and integrate new AI tools and frameworks, performing POCs for emerging technologies.
  • Ensure AI systems comply with responsible AI principles and implement automated testing.
  • Lead technical design discussions and foster engineering excellence through code reviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop production-grade AI solutions.

What we're looking for

  • Deep technical expertise in machine learning and deep learning theories and applications.
  • Experience designing, building, and deploying scalable AI systems with MLOps principles.
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and relevant cloud platforms.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, C++, and proficiency in SQL for data manipulation.
  • Understanding of the AI lifecycle including deployment and security policies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to tackle complex business problems.
