This role involves designing, building, and maintaining complex AI components and data pipelines that support enterprise-scale solutions with significant business impact. The engineer will work on batch and real-time data/AI pipelines, ensuring production assets align with established architecture standards while collaborating closely with senior engineers and architects to implement approved solution designs. Key responsibilities include deploying, monitoring, and maintaining AI services in production environments, applying CI/CD practices for quality assurance, and integrating diverse data sources for analytics use cases. The ideal candidate has 3-6 years of experience in software or data engineering, proficiency in Python and SQL, and familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. This role requires expertise in AI-driven solutions across the policy lifecycle, from sales to renewal, focusing on predictive analytics and generative AI techniques for scalable and transparent enterprise applications.
Design and maintain AI components and data pipelines for enterprise-scale solutions.

What we're looking for
3-6 years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or applied AI/ML engineering.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, MIS, or related field.
Proficiency in Python and SQL for data/AI pipeline development.
Experience with batch and streaming pipelines in data/AI engineering.
Familiarity with deploying applications/data workflows on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Ability to work within defined architectural, security, and engineering standards.
