Senior Information Security Engineer-Palo Alto Firewalls

What you'll do

• Design, implement, and maintain secure network infrastructures using Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, and Cisco products.
• Lead firewall migration projects, including policy analysis and configuration translation using industry-standard tools.
• Build new network security infrastructures for greenfield implementations and expansions of existing environments.
• Perform security policy reviews and rulebase optimization to align with best practices and compliance requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex network security issues across multi-vendor environments to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Monitor and respond to security events, alerts, and incidents, contributing to root cause analysis and remediation efforts.

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of Information Security Engineering experience with a focus on enterprise-grade firewall platforms.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience configuring, managing, and troubleshooting Palo Alto Networks firewalls.
• 2+ years of experience in security policy design and rulebase optimization for multi-vendor environments.
• Proficiency in using Panorama for template stacks, device groups, and role-based control.
• Experience with firewall migration tools such as Expedition, FortiConverter, and SmartMove.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, routing, switching, and intrusion prevention systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex security issues and maintain accurate documentation.
