What you'll do

  • Act as Incident Commander for high-severity incidents to drive timely resolution.

  • Facilitate onboarding of new services to the Cloud SOC, mentoring cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize platform resiliency and quality.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of experience in high availability operations for public-facing services with paying customers
  • Proficient in leading incident management and cross-functional collaboration in a 24x7 environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Solid understanding of Amazon Web Services infrastructure and serverless technologies
  • Ability to communicate effectively across various audiences during critical incidents
  • Analytical thinker with process orientation and energy for driving mitigation efforts
