Senior Identity and Access Management Engineer

What you'll do

• Plan, design, develop, and implement IAM products such as Okta, ID Verification, and JIT software.
• Implement authorization methods including RBAC, ABAC, PBAC, role management, and access certifications.
• Configure and integrate IAM products to address specific business problems or client requirements.
• Manage identity lifecycle events including account deletions, permission assignments, and role changes.
• Perform integrations with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, and Azure as well as on-premise directories.
• Build automation using PowerShell scripts, RPA, SQL, and Power Automate to streamline data collection.
• Participate in client meetings to gather requirements and align technology with business goals.

What we're looking for

• Must have a minimum of 6 years of experience in IT.
• Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• Must possess scripting language skills, API knowledge (REST, JSON), databases, and cloud infrastructure experience.
• Must be able to work remotely within the US, excluding California.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Cybersecurity (preferred).
• CISSP, Google GCP, or CISA certification (preferred).
