As a Senior IBM i / AS400 RPG Architect - Hybrid, you will lead the design and implementation of technical solutions using AS/400 Utilities and RPG to meet specific business requirements. What you'll do

Lead the design and implementation of technical solutions using AS/400 Utilities and RPG.
Oversee the development and maintenance of applications using AS400/COBOL and CLP.
Identify, analyze, and document business needs and system requirements through user consultation.
Develop, modify, test, and install applications to meet specific business requirements.
Code and debug programs in accordance with systems design and technical specifications.
Perform ongoing systems maintenance of custom applications to ensure functional efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage the development and support of both in-house and vendor-developed software.

What we're looking for

Proficiency in RPG (RPG III, IV, ILE, Free-Format) is required.
Proficiency in CLP, DDS, and SQL programming is required.
Experience with Embedded RPG/SQL programming and Java/Embedded RPG Java calls is required.
Experience with Client Access/File Transfer and FTP/SFTP protocols is required.
Experience with Aldon LMi change management system or an equivalent system is required.
Experience with IFS is required.
Experience with AS400/COBOL is required.
A strong Accounting/Finance background and experience in the commercial Real Estate industry are a plus (preferred).
