What you'll do

Design and deploy ServiceNow HRSD modules such as HR Case Management and Employee Service Center.
Translate HR stakeholder needs into technical solutions using Flow Designer, Script Includes, and UI Actions.
Conduct development according to SDLC best practices including requirement analysis and unit testing.
Monitor and troubleshoot HRSD issues to maintain system stability and performance.
Create dashboards and reports using Performance Analytics for HR service efficiency insights.

What we're looking for

4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development/administration with a focus on HRSD.
Required: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and JSON for ServiceNow scripting.
Strong understanding of HRSD modules including case management, lifecycle events, and agent workspace.
Experience working collaboratively in an Agile development team environment.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
