Senior Service Designer

What you'll do

• Lead the scoping and delivery of service design projects aligned with strategic business goals.
• Design comprehensive experience maps, user journeys, and service blueprints for customer segments.
• Define target-state service models enabling consistent expert performance across various customer value segments.
• Articulate end-to-end service experiences to achieve broad understanding and alignment across teams.
• Identify common patterns to create scalable solutions that apply across different business units and segments.
• Champion service design methodologies, embedding best practices and adapting new approaches continuously.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in service design or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a closely related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in scalable and effective service experiences.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end service design processes across complex environments.
• Excellent communication skills for articulating service design vision to senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency with AI tools like Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Figma Make, etc. required.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
