Senior Global Sourcing Manager, Critical Minerals & Mining (Germanium)

What you'll do

• Own the commodity strategy for a designated critical mineral, focusing on supply chain resilience and geopolitical risk mitigation.
• Build and maintain tiered supply chain mapping from Anduril end products to raw materials, quantifying revenue exposure and BOM impact.
• Lead RFI/RFQ/RFP processes across miners, refiners, processors, and component suppliers for strategic sourcing.
• Evaluate and recommend strategic interventions such as stockpiling, prepayments, JVs, equity investments, and vertical integration.
• Maintain expert-level market intelligence on pricing, disruptions, and geopolitical signals, delivering weekly updates to cross-functional teams.
• Represent Anduril externally in building trusted relationships with suppliers, industry associations, and U.S./allied government bodies.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in commodity management or strategic sourcing with critical minerals exposure.
• Expertise in navigating concentrated, geopolitically sensitive supply chains.
• Ability to travel up to 50% internationally for business purposes.
• Advanced degree in materials science, chemical sciences, metallurgical engineering, or mining engineering preferred.
• Experience working on U.S. government programs supporting domestic critical mineral supplies.
• Strong should-cost and total cost of ownership analysis skills.
• Proven cross-functional leadership with influence at all organizational levels.
