Senior Global Sourcing Manager, Indirect (Professional Services)

What you'll do

• Develop and execute strategies for cost optimization and contract standardization in Professional Services.
• Manage end-to-end sourcing processes, from requirements gathering to supplier evaluation and contract execution.
• Serve as the expert for sourcing analysis, renewals, and commercial negotiations for Professional Services commodities.
• Lead negotiations for multi-year agreements to establish best-in-class terms and conditions.
• Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships to drive innovation and service quality.
• Analyze complex pricing models to ensure competitive and transparent pricing aligned with growth.
• Provide executive-level visibility into category performance, supplier risk, and key sourcing initiatives.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain commodity management for Professional Services
• Expertise in developing and executing sourcing strategies focusing on cost optimization, contract standardization, and risk mitigation
• Strong negotiation skills for multi-year, high-value agreements with a focus on commercial and operational terms
• Ability to build and maintain strategic supplier relationships while driving innovation and service quality
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with engineering, finance, legal, and other departments
• TS clearance required for the role
