As a Payments Professional at Adobe’s Global Payments and Billing team, you will lead the strategy for optimizing payment partnerships across multiple geographies and products. Your day-to-day involves managing commercial negotiations with major acquirers, issuers, and other PSPs to drive outstanding authorization rates and cost efficiency. You’ll maintain deep knowledge of the evolving payments landscape, including real-time payment rails and alternative methods, while forging new strategic relationships with card networks and alternative providers. Internally, you will collaborate with Product, Treasury, Risk, and Go-to-Market teams to derive actionable insights for acquisition, retention, and operational cost savings. This role requires proficiency in analytical tools like SAS, strong data analysis skills, and the ability to translate complex payment concepts into clear executive communications. What we're looking for
7+ years of payments experience with global acquiring relationships and payment orchestration platforms.
Proven ability to manage commercial negotiations with major acquirers, networks, issuers, and PSPs.
Deep understanding of the global payments ecosystem including tokenization, network mandates, and fintech trends.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven organizations and tools like SAS.
Ability to lead through influence and drive opportunities across matrixed teams.
Comfortable translating complex payment concepts into executive-level communications.
BA/BS degree required; MBA preferred.
