As a Senior Associate in the Enterprise Payments Product team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing payment experiences for millions of customers by ensuring consistency and scalability across various platforms. Your responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess current processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions that align with business goals while meeting customer needs. You will work on product areas such as Authorizations, Settlement, Disputes, Backoffice, Pricing, and Go-to-Market, leveraging data, technology, and collaboration to deliver reliable and user-friendly payment products. The ideal candidate has over five years of experience in translating business strategy into digital products, working with core platforms, and functioning as a product owner in an agile environment.

What we're looking for
At least 5 years of experience translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products.
Proven track record of working on core product platforms for digital experiences.
Extensive experience (5+ years) as a product owner in an agile development environment.
Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams to drive product development.
Experience managing payment-related product areas such as Authorizations, Settlements, and Pricing.
