What you'll do

  • Maintain and develop Kubernetes operators for the storage management plane.
  • Develop and maintain the Container Storage Interface (CSI) plugin.
  • Build web-based solutions to manage, operate, and monitor distributed storage infrastructure.
  • Define and implement new APIs in coordination with other engineering teams.
  • Develop server-side applications using Node.js, Express, and asynchronous modules.
  • Write scripts using Python or Bash to support system operations.
  • Manage and optimize large clusters of machines for efficient storage handling.

What we're looking for

  • A B.Sc., M.Sc., or Ph.D. in Computer Science, a related discipline, or equivalent experience is required.
  • Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in web development for both client and server sides.
  • Proven experience with Kubernetes (K8s) is required, specifically including developing or maintaining operators and/or CSI plugins.
  • Proficiency in Node.js is a mandatory requirement.
  • At least 5 years of experience working in a Linux OS environment is required.
  • Experience scripting with Python, Bash, or similar languages is required.
  • Familiarity with technologies such as Kafka, MongoDB, React, jQuery, and WebSockets is preferred.
