What you'll do

  • Establish architecture and quality coding practices for both client and backend systems.
  • Translate ambiguous requirements into well-scoped technical approaches and production-ready experiences.
  • Build fast, responsive, and visually rich frontend interfaces using modern web frameworks.
  • Architect backend services designed for high traffic, reliability, and fault tolerance.
  • Manage deployment strategies and infrastructure on Kubernetes-based clusters.
  • Lead the adoption of AI-assisted engineering tools and practices across the team.
  • Improve the developer experience by refining local development loops and CI/CD ergonomics.
  • Mentor engineers through code reviews, development feedback, and technical knowledge sharing.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience in practice.
  • Practical experience developing and delivering production-quality full-stack systems on complex products.
  • Proficiency in modern frontend development, including React and building high-performance, design-heavy UIs.
  • Experience in backend engineering developing scalable services using Node.js, Java, Python, Go, or similar.
  • Experience deploying and operating services on Kubernetes-based infrastructure, including container orchestration and cluster management.
  • Practical experience with AI-supported engineering tools like Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor.
  • Proficiency with CI/CD practices and experience improving developer experience and tooling.
  • Experience crafting and managing sandbox-based environments for multi-tenant or isolated workloads (preferred).
