What you'll do

Establish architecture and coding standards for both client and backend systems.
Translate ambiguous requirements into well-scoped technical approaches and production-ready features.
Build high-fidelity, responsive frontend interfaces using modern web frameworks and component architectures.
Architect scalable backend services focused on performance, reliability, and fault tolerance.
Manage deployment strategies and infrastructure on Kubernetes-based clusters.

Improve developer experience by optimizing CI/CD pipelines and internal tooling.

What we're looking for

Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience developing and delivering production-quality full-stack systems for complex products.
Proficiency in modern frontend development using frameworks like React to build high-performance, design-heavy UIs.
Experience building scalable backend services using Node.js, Java, Python, Go, or similar technologies.
Experience deploying and operating services on Kubernetes-based infrastructure including container orchestration and cluster management.
Practical experience with AI-supported engineering tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor.
Proficiency in CI/CD practices and developing tools to improve developer experience and team productivity.
Strong communication skills to articulate technical decisions to both engineering and product collaborators.
