Senior Full Stack Engineer

What you'll do

• Design and implement security patterns to protect customer data across core brokerage platforms.
• Manage and support authorization services in production environments for highly distributed multi-tiered systems.
• Build and operate highly resilient platforms within AWS cloud environments.
• Develop and automate software using Java, Go, and scripting languages like Python or Shell.
• Implement secure access control solutions using RBAC, ReBAC, JWT-based authorization, and OAuth 2.0.
• Deploy and support applications using Kubernetes and manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform root cause analysis and triage production issues under pressure.
• Implement advanced observability practices using tools like OpenSearch, Datadog, or Splunk.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technology-related field is required.
• Master’s degree in a technology-related field is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of hybrid experience in Production Support, Development, and SRE experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in cloud development and designing resilient platforms in AWS.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in software development with Java or Go with a focus on SDLC and automation.
• 2 to 4 years of hands-on Kubernetes skills including support and app deployment experience.
• Strong understanding of modern authorization architectures including RBAC, ReBAC, JWT-based authorization, and OAuth 2.0.
• AWS and AWS/EKS certifications are a plus (preferred).
