Senior Full Stack Engineer

What you'll do

• Own projects end-to-end from technical scoping and architecture through deployment and production support.
• Architect and build scalable web applications and services to serve millions of users.
• Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js frameworks like NestJS, Hono, or Express.
• Build performant frontend experiences using Next.js, React, and React Native.
• Design PostgreSQL database schemas and optimize queries to ensure data integrity.
• Implement observability practices including structured logging, distributed tracing, and monitoring.
• Integrate design systems across both web and mobile platforms.

What we're looking for

• Candidates must have 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript is required.
• Experience with Node.js backend development using frameworks like NestJS, Express, or Hono is required.
• Experience building production applications using Next.js and/or React Native is required.
• Candidates must have a solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred) including data modeling and query optimization.
• Familiarity with state management patterns, design systems, and component libraries is required.
• Experience designing scalable systems involving caching strategies, async processing, and RESTful API design is required.
• Knowledge of observability fundamentals such as logging, tracing, metrics, and alerting is required.
