What you'll do

Plan and execute system-level testing of hardware and software for the Altius UAS platform.
Conduct safety and risk analysis for all testing events to ensure compliance with regulations.
Manage configuration and fleet management of test assets, including hardware and software configurations.
Generate evaluation test plans focusing on system functionality and suitability of integration efforts.
Execute test cards, conduct pre and post flight briefings, and manage diverse support teams during tests.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline from an accredited institution.
FAA 14 CFR Part 107 Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems certification or ability to acquire.
FAA 14 CFR Part 61 Certification Pilots, Flight Instructors, Ground Instructor (ground test complete).
Experience with National Airspace and UAS operating guidelines and regulations.
Methodical, thorough approach with strong attention to detail.
Strong software and documentation experience; familiarity with Linux-based systems.
