What you'll do

Ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP/IFRS.
Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and analytical capabilities.
Act as a strategic finance partner to CTO and R&D leadership for informed decisions.

What we're looking for

8-12 years of progressive finance experience, including business partnering and FP&A.
Solid knowledge of financial reporting, internal controls, and accounting standards (US GAAP/IFRS).
Experience supporting R&D or innovation-driven organizations.
Proven ability to influence in a matrixed environment.
CPA certification or MBA preferred.
Background in R&D portfolio management or investment governance.
