What you'll do
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones for interface projects.
Manage project scope, budget, and resources while monitoring progress and adjusting as needed.
Ensure compliance with federal standards, regulations, and security requirements throughout project lifecycle.
Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to federal agencies and executive leadership.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred)
5+ years of experience in technical project management with a focus on interface design and implementation within healthcare environments
Expertise with medical interfaces such as HL7, FHIR, CDA, IHE profiles, PACS, RIS, and EHR/EMR implementations
Experience working within federal healthcare environments or with government contractors supporting interfaces
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills, including reporting to government stakeholders
Clearance eligibility (e.g., Public Trust, Secret) and familiarity with federal acquisition regulations and IT governance frameworks
Proven experience managing large-scale medical data or interface projects in a federal or regulated environment
