What you'll do

What we're looking for

10+ years in software engineering.
5+ years of engineering management experience.
2+ years of experience managing managers and scaling multi-team engineering organizations.
Proven track record delivering and operating distributed payment systems, financial infrastructure, or high-volume transactional platforms at scale.
Deep understanding of rails such as ACH, cards, SEPA, or wire transfers.
Demonstrated ability to guide architecture, reliability, and engineering quality for critical financial services.
Experience setting strategy and delivering complex work in regulated environments with Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Operations.
Experience utilizing generative AI responsibly to deliver business-ready outputs and drive workflow improvements.
