As a Senior Engineer, Validation Commissioning, you will join the engineering team to plan and complete tasks associated with the commissioning, qualification, and validation of new or modified equipment, facilities, utilities, products, and processes. What we're looking for
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, science, or a related discipline (preferred) or equivalent technical experience with 3+ years of engineering/operational experience (preferred).
Experience developing commissioning, qualification, validation, and risk management deliverables that meet regulatory scrutiny.
6+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Quality, or Engineering including 4 major validation subjects (preferred).
Technical background in healthcare, nutritional products, laboratory diagnostics, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals (preferred).
Knowledge of quality/compliance management and regulations affecting API, Bulk Drug, or Finished goods manufacturing (preferred).
Ability to manage complex projects and multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills within a team environment.
Ability to supervise junior or contract team members (prior supervisory experience preferred).
