What you'll do

  • Co-lead the firmwide design system and ShadCN-based UI libraries across all internal products.
  • Establish and enforce UX governance standards, review processes, and adoption guidance.
  • Maintain Figma design systems including tokens, variants, components, and documentation.
  • Translate Figma designs into production-ready React and TypeScript components.
  • Ensure high standards for accessibility, usability, and visual consistency across complex workflows.
  • Define technical guidelines for design tokens, theming, interaction states, and layouts.
  • Provide front-end enablement through documentation, code reviews, and team training sessions.
  • Improve UI consistency and component reuse across data-dense enterprise applications.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in front-end, UX engineering, or design-system engineering.
  • Deep experience with React, TypeScript, and modern component-library development.
  • Proven experience managing large, comprehensive design systems in Figma including tokens, variants, and governance.
  • Practical experience with ShadCN, Radix, Tailwind, or comparable UI primitives.
  • Ability to translate design standards into maintainable production components with strong accessibility judgment.
  • Experience with capital markets, trading, risk, or data-dense enterprise UI (preferred).
  • Familiarity with real-time grids, charts, blotters, and workflow-heavy applications (preferred).
  • Experience with monorepos, shared packages, build tooling, and developer platforms (preferred).
