Essential skills include a deep understanding of communication protocols, embedded systems hardware, full-cycle PCB design, and experience with MIL-STD compliance and Model-Based Systems Engineering tools. This role demands a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, 5+ years of relevant experience, and the ability to obtain DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI access.

What you'll do

  • Lead the definition and development of robust, scalable electrical architectures for complex product lines.
  • Conduct architectural trades to balance performance, manufacturing feasibility, and future scalability.
  • Translate high-level CONOPS into detailed electrical requirements and functional modules.
  • Allocate functions to specific electrical modules and subsystems with defined constraints and interfaces.
  • Flow module and subsystem information to PCB design and harnessing teams.

What we're looking for

  • Deep understanding of communication protocols in complex embedded systems.
  • Experience with full-cycle PCB design and harnessing.
  • Successful track record of releasing products to production at scale.
  • Familiarity with MIL-STD compliance and MBSE tools.
  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Active DoD Top Secret Clearance or ability to obtain SCI access.
