What you'll do

  • Execute and support project activities with accountability for successful completion of deliverables.
  • Build prototypes, sub-assemblies, and prepare feasibility test units under engineering guidance.
  • Perform testing, checkout, and troubleshooting functions using drawings, diagrams, and verbal instructions.
  • Conduct repairs and reworks on PCBAs and cable harnesses during engineering tests.
  • Procure electrical components and fabricate special test equipment as directed by engineers.

What we're looking for

  • Associate level degree in electronics/electrical assembly or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an engineering technician in a prototype lab.
  • Ability to read and understand complex PCBA schematics and cable assembly drawings.
  • Extensive soldering, crimping, and assembling cables per IPC Standards.
  • Familiarity with basic electrical test equipment like DMMs, oscilloscopes, etc.
  • Knowledge of electrical components, connectors, and hand tools.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S.
