What you'll do

Provide expert-level support for ECAD tools, focusing on schematic capture and PCB layout.

Administer EDA license servers, monitor usage, and resolve checkout issues.
Coordinate tool upgrades, validate patches, and communicate with users on updates.

What we're looking for

6+ years of EDA/CAD support experience at Level 2/3.
Hands-on ECAD tool experience with Cadence Allegro or similar platforms.
Expertise in Linux environments and scripting languages like Python, Perl.
Ability to manage EDA license servers and troubleshoot checkout issues.
Experience in workflow automation and infrastructure management for EDA tools.
Skill in creating and maintaining technical documentation and SOPs.
Availability to work outside regular business hours on an as-needed basis.
