What you'll do

  • Lead and develop teams responsible for primary and secondary power generation assets.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive methods of procedure (MOPs) for compute load protection during transitions.
  • Collaborate with training teams to create and deliver repair and maintenance programs for all staff.
  • Manage on-site power plant agreements, ensuring alignment with operational requirements and uptime targets.
  • Recruit, hire, and lead specialized teams to operate power generation equipment at 100% availability.
  • Monitor and report performance metrics related to power system reliability, efficiency, and incident responsiveness.
  • Champion a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement in power operations.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of experience in power generation operations with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; advanced degree preferred
  • Deep knowledge of primary and secondary on-site power generation technologies
  • Expertise in developing methods and procedures for compute load protection
  • Experience in negotiating and managing complex power plant agreements
  • Strong background in building training, repair, and preventive maintenance programs
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification preferred
