The Senior Director of Data Center Operational Reliability is a key leadership position within Oracle’s Technology Operations team, overseeing the maintenance and reliability of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) infrastructure in global data centers. This role involves leading preventive and corrective maintenance programs, collaborating with engineering and vendor management teams to ensure compliance with OEM standards, and managing incident response for critical IT load issues. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data center operations, strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, and expertise in building automation and centralized monitoring systems such as BMS and SCADA. Additionally, they should possess excellent project management skills and a proven track record in vendor management and contract oversight, with the ability to drive continuous improvement in operational reliability metrics across large-scale, mission-critical environments.
