What you'll do

Define and influence technology strategy for Hyperscaler segment in Silicon, Optics, and Interconnects.
Shape systems roadmap for scale-out, scale-up, and scale-across systems to meet customer needs.
Review and approve RFx responses to ensure alignment with customer commitments and technical claims.
Drive hands-on simulations using modern industry tooling for functional and performance analysis.
Engage with Hyperscaler customers on technology, roadmap positioning, and value propositions.

What we're looking for

10+ years of experience in engineering, solutions architecture, or product management, preferably in networking silicon.
Advanced technical expertise in high-speed optics, coherent pluggables, and system design principles.
Proven ability to lead and perform under pressure in front of customers and internal R&D teams.
Demonstrable experience in Service Provider Networking, Data Center Networking, or directly with Hyperscalers.
Experience working with Webscale companies in architecture, engineering, or validation roles.
Strong track record of growing and influencing others across all levels of senior leadership.
Full-stack fluency combining ASIC, hardware (systems and optics), and software stack experience.
