What you'll do

Mentor engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
At least 7 years of people management experience.
At least 9 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, enterprise architecture, cloud computing, and data architecture.
Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering (preferred).
12+ years of experience in software engineering, enterprise architecture, cloud computing, and data architecture (preferred).
12+ years of experience in web technologies, distributed HPC/ML systems, and full lifecycle system development (preferred).
10+ years of experience with database management systems and public cloud platforms (preferred).
Experience in fintech, payment processing, or large-scale enterprise data migrations (preferred).
