Senior DevOps Engineer, Kubernetes

What you'll do

• Architect and own CI/CD pipelines using ArgoCD, Tekton, or similar tools.
• Design and implement enterprise-grade observability solutions for Kubernetes-based applications.
• Architect and automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using AWS services.
• Own the security and compliance posture across cloud infrastructure by enforcing organization-wide policies.
• Optimize deployments, performance, and scalability for containerized applications on Kubernetes.
• Translate platform priorities into scalable, forward-looking infrastructure strategies with product managers.
• Drive continuous improvement of engineering practices to establish standards for reliability and operational excellence.

What we're looking for

• Extensive experience architecting and operating data-intensive, containerized applications on Kubernetes at scale.
• Advanced proficiency across AWS services including EKS, EC2, S3, IAM, Route 53, and ECR.
• Deep expertise in observability using Prometheus and Grafana with a grasp of cloud and Kubernetes security best practices.
• Strong scripting and automation capabilities using Python, Bash, and GitHub Workflow.
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, CrossPlane, or AWS ACK.
• Demonstrated expertise with Helm and ArgoCD for designing and managing complex CD pipelines across multi-environment setups.
• Ability to architect and automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management leveraging AWS services.
• Ability to design and implement enterprise-grade observability solutions including monitoring, logging, and distributed tracing.
