As a Senior Developer Technology Engineer - Agentic AI, you will join the team to accelerate RTX and DGX SoC performance for agentic use by engaging with developer ecosystem partners. You will own the optimization of compute-intensive CPU, AI, and 3D graphics workloads while collaborating across system software, GPU driver, architecture, and research teams to influence next-generation platforms. The role requires proficiency in C/C++, Python, parallel programming techniques, and native software development on Windows and Linux. You will utilize profiling and debugging tools to resolve bottlenecks for complex workflows. Relevant technical skills include knowledge of CUDA, Vulkan, DX12, ARM architecture, and instruction sets like SSE, AVX, NEON, or SVE. The work focuses on solving performance challenges in agentic creative and professional workflows such as CAD, 3D rendering, video editing, and image processing.
Optimize partner applications to deliver high performance on RTX and DGX SoCs.
Identify and resolve bottlenecks for compute-intensive CPU, AI, and 3D graphics workloads.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers within the team.
Influence next-generation SoC platforms by providing actionable insights from real-world workflows.
Collaborate with internal teams to integrate partner and customer needs into hardware and software designs.
Utilize profiling and debugging tools to optimize end-to-end performance for graphics and AI.
What we're looking for
BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of work experience as a software developer.
Proficiency in C/C++, Python, software design, and parallel programming techniques.
Confirmed expertise developing native software on Windows and Linux.
Familiarity with agents for software development and related tasks.
Passion for performance optimization of CPU, AI, or 3D-graphics workflows with experience in profiling and debugging tools.
Fundamental understanding of CPU or GPU architecture.
Expertise in agentic creative/professional workflows (preferred); knowledge of ARM architecture, assembly, and memory models (preferred); experience with CUDA, Vulkan, or DX12 (preferred).
