Senior Developer Relations Manager, Energy - Power Generation Ecosystem

What you'll do

• Leading technical relationships with CTOs, product managers, and developers across power generation partners to accelerate NVIDIA platform adoption.
• Shaping blueprint reference solutions for digital twins, predictive maintenance, advanced controls, and accelerated design/simulation workflows in the energy sector.
• Driving SDK integrations, joint roadmaps, and evidence-based feedback loops to influence NVIDIA platform priorities with partner requirements.
• Producing high-quality developer content including sample code, reference architectures, and how-to guides supported by workshops and enablement sessions.
• Orchestrating multi-party solutions with ISVs, OEMs, SIs, and cloud providers for engineering design, qualification, licensing, and plant operations support.
• Defining and tracking success metrics such as SDK integrations, POC to production conversion rates, and content adoption among partners.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of experience in developer-facing roles delivering AI/ML, simulation/HPC, or industrial software.
• BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical/Mechanical/Nuclear Engineering, or related field.
• Proven ability to lead multi-functional technical initiatives and manage people effectively.
• Deep domain knowledge of power generation operations and industrial IoT/OT environments.
• Demonstrated skill in building developer content and communicating with both executives and technical audiences.
• Experience working in regulated settings with a focus on cybersecurity practices.
• Familiarity with nuclear/quality standards and regulatory frameworks impacting software qualification.
