What you'll do

Identify and eliminate friction points in the developer lifecycle to improve velocity.
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Harness CI and Jenkins for high availability.
Develop internal tools and dashboards to enhance developer efficiency and productivity.
Optimize software-defined build infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments.
Implement and manage containerized build/test workloads on Kubernetes (EKS).
Instrument observability metrics and maintain data pipelines for actionable insights.
Integrate automated security analysis into CI/CD pipelines to enforce quality gates.

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in Developer Productivity, DevOps, or Build/CI Engineering.
Proven ability to deliver high-quality systems in large-scale enterprise environments.
Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes (EKS).
Proficiency in CI platforms such as Harness CI and Jenkins.
Knowledge of data pipelines using Airbyte and frontend technologies like Svelte.
Expertise in build systems including Maven, Gradle, Ant, and artifact management tools.
Strong skills in observability tools such as ELK Stack, Datadog, Prometheus, and Grafana.
