What you'll do

Monitor and improve the health, performance, and reputation of HubSpot’s global email sending infrastructure.
Investigate and resolve complex deliverability issues related to authentication, DNS, spam filtering, sender reputation, and MTA infrastructure.
Analyze email delivery trends, operational metrics, and customer behaviors to identify risks and opportunities.
Utilize AI tooling and automation platforms to accelerate investigations and enhance analytical workflows.
Represent HubSpot within the broader deliverability community through industry groups, conferences, and forums.

What we're looking for

Significant experience with email delivery systems, MTA infrastructure, and large-scale sending operations.
Strong understanding of email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and DNS fundamentals.
Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving sender reputation, blocklisting, and spam filtering issues.
Experience using SQL for data analysis and proficiency with AI tooling to enhance operational efficiency.
Ability to communicate complex deliverability concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments, including participation in on-call rotations.
