You will also build data integrations between Anaplan and other systems using tools like Workato, troubleshoot issues, and leverage modern analytics tools such as Hex and AI-assisted workflows to enhance productivity. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of hands-on Anaplan experience, a strong background in sales operations or finance, and proficiency with Excel, SQL, and data integrations. Experience with HubSpot CRM is beneficial but not required.

What you'll do

  • Design and develop Anaplan models for headcount planning, quota setting, revenue forecasting, and ROI analysis.
  • Lead end-to-end model-building processes from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
  • Improve existing Anaplan models focusing on performance, usability, auditability, and maintainability.
  • Build data integrations between Anaplan and other business systems using Workato or similar tools.
  • Troubleshoot production issues in Anaplan models and implement solutions to reduce future risks.
  • Utilize Hex, agentic coding tools, and AI workflows to enhance analysis, documentation, QA, and team productivity.

What we're looking for

  • Certified Anaplan Model Builder with 2+ years of hands-on experience.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in sales operations, finance, or planning systems.
  • Strong understanding of Anaplan model design and data integration best practices.
  • Experience leading development for planning, forecasting, and operational processes.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and foundational SQL knowledge.
  • Comfort with modern analytics tools and willingness to incorporate AI workflows.
