As a Senior Data Scientist within GeForce NOW’s Voice of the Customer team, you will design and deploy production-ready algorithms to automate root-cause analysis for global streaming issues, synthesizing unstructured data from forums and direct user feedback into actionable insights. Your role involves building automated ETL workflows that transform raw logs into meaningful signals for leadership, while also refining predictive models for churn and capacity needs across the full GFN software stack. You will collaborate strategically with product and infrastructure teams to prioritize roadmaps based on statistical patterns. The ideal candidate has a deep background in Computer Science or Statistics, 8+ years of experience, and expertise in Python, Spark, SQL, Databricks, and vector databases for unstructured data analysis. Proficiency in NLP, time-series analysis, anomaly detection, MLOps tools like MLflow, and GPU acceleration with NVIDIA is essential, along with a solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and streaming technologies.

What we're looking for
B.S., M.S., or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics with 8+ years of experience.
Expert-level Python coding skills for production environments.
Extensive experience with Spark, SQL, and Databricks for large-scale data processing.
Proficiency in natural language processing (NLP) and vector databases for unstructured data analysis.
Strong background in statistical modeling including supervised and unsupervised learning.
Experience maintaining active machine learning pipelines using tools like MLflow or Kubeflow.
