  • Develop strategies to scale and evolve data science capabilities within the Trust domain.

What we're looking for

  • Master's degree in a quantitative field (statistics, economics, computer science, etc.) or a PhD in relevant fields.
  • 5+ years of industry experience in a quantitative analysis role for candidates with a Master's degree.
  • 2+ years of experience for candidates with a PhD.
  • Deep expertise in experimentation and causal inference.
  • Strong knowledge of Bayesian modeling for measurement, uncertainty quantification, and decision-making.
  • Proficiency in statistical programming and database usage, specifically with SQL and Python or R.
  • Ability to translate complex methodological findings into actionable insights and narratives for diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and influence cross-functional stakeholders to drive impact.
