What we're looking for

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science)
8+ years of hands-on AI/ML model development experience with production deployment success
Active Secret clearance and eligibility for TS/SCI clearance
Strong Python proficiency and deep expertise with ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn
Experience in LLM fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT) and RAG architecture design
Familiarity with MLOps toolchains (MLflow, DVC, Git) and containerized deployment (Docker, Kubernetes)
Ability to work on-site at MacDill AFB, FL, USA
