Sr. ML Engineer – ML & Applied AI

What you'll do

• Architect and build scalable, production-grade ML systems from experimentation to deployment.
• Design and implement end-to-end ML pipelines including data ingestion and feature engineering.
• Develop high-performance model serving systems using APIs for real-time inference.
• Lead the design of feature stores and reusable feature pipelines across teams.
• Build distributed data processing workflows using Spark or similar platforms.
• Implement MLOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automated retraining.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of experience in production machine learning systems
• Expertise in Python, ML frameworks like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
• Hands-on experience with model serving frameworks and API development
• Strong background in containerization (Docker) and Kubernetes orchestration
• Experience with cloud platforms for building cloud-native ML solutions
• Deep understanding of MLOps best practices including CI/CD pipelines
• Proven ability to design scalable, maintainable ML pipelines and services
