What you'll do

Act as an analytics consultant to design work products and identify potential risks to project timelines or quality.

Develop prototypes, test methods, and algorithms using machine learning and AI to drive innovative insights.
Provide data-driven insights to support the clinical development continuum, including precision medicine initiatives.
Ensure all work complies with federal regulations, Good Clinical Practices (GCPs), and internal standard operating procedures.
Identify business needs to create standard KPIs, reports, and statistical analyses for stakeholders.
Coach and mentor junior team members within the data science organization.
Apply machine learning techniques to validate assumptions and predict future behaviors in clinical trials.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in statistics, analytics, bioinformatics, data science, or an equivalent field.
Master’s degree (preferred).
3-5 years of experience in clinical research with high-level analytics and leadership competencies.
Advanced proficiency in R, Python, or other statistical packages.
Intermediate knowledge of statistical and data mining techniques.
Expert proficiency with visualization tools like Spotfire, Tableau, or equivalent.
Proven expertise with Machine Learning and advanced analytics techniques.
Experience working in Cloud Computing environments such as AWS or Azure (preferred).
