What you'll do

Own telemetry contracts and instrumentation for Global Skilling products.
Design and operate experimentation data infrastructure including A/B testing pipelines.
Build catalog and content management data integrations across product surfaces.
Lead semantic model design for product analytics in partnership with teams.
Mentor Data Engineer II engineers on telemetry, experimentation practices.
Operate Insights and Analytics feedback loops to surface usage patterns.
Provide on-call leadership for product-tier pipelines (severity levels 1–3).

What we're looking for

Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field and 3+ years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience.
Proven ability to build production data systems on Azure or comparable cloud platforms.
Experience instrumenting product telemetry and owning end-to-end data contracts with engineering teams.
Demonstrated expertise in experimentation platforms, A/B testing, and feature-flag analytics infrastructure.
Strong background in distributed systems, including proficiency in PySpark, SQL, and pipeline orchestration.
Track record of mentoring mid-level engineers in data-related roles.
