- Proficiency in general-purpose programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools in a disciplined manner for production-grade projects.
- Knowledge of integrating AI capabilities like LLMs into production systems with Responsible AI principles applied.
- Track record of owning feature areas end-to-end, including design through deployment and monitoring.
- Expertise in DevOps practices, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and driving toward zero-touch deployments.
